God has a purpose behind every problem. He uses circumstances to develop our character. No one is immune to pain or insulated from suffering, and no-one gets to skate through life problem free. God depends on circumstances to make us more like Jesus than he depends on us reading the bible. The reason is obvious: you face circumstances 24 hours a day.
Life is a series of problems. Every time we solve one, another is waiting to take its place. Not all are big, but all of them are significant in God’s growth plan for you. God uses those problems to draw you closer to him. Your most profound and intimate experiences will likely be in your darkest days, when your heart is broken, when you feel abandoned, when you’re out of options, whrn your pain is great, and you will turn to God alone.
It’s during suffering that we learn to pray our most heart felt, authentic, honest prayers. It’s during these difficult times that we draw closer to God than ever before. Our problems force us to look to God and depend on him to help us through. You never think about God is all you need, until god is all you’ve got. Regardless of your problems, none of them would happen without God’s permission. He uses it for our good even when Satan tries to use it for our bad.
Everything that happens to you has a spiritual significance in your life.
We will not see everything Work out perfectly here on this earth. We live in a fallen world. Only in heaven is everything done perfectly the way God intends. God is the magnificent designer behind everything. There is a master plan.
God’s plan for your life involves all that happens to you including your mistakes, your reins, and your hurts. It includes all the things we go thru in life such as illness, debt, disasters, divorce and death. Your events in your life work together in God’s plan. There is no isolated acts. God will bring out the good in your life and use it to his glory. God’s purpose is greater than our problems, pain, or even sin.
Every single problem is a character building opportunity, and the more difficult it is, the greater potential for building spiritual muscle and moral fibers. As Paul said, ” we know these troubles produce patience. And patience produce a character. ” what happens outwardly in your life isn’t as important as what happens on the inside.
Your circumstances are temporary, but your character will last forever. If we look at the world, you’ll be distressed. If you look within, you’ll be depressed. But if you lol to Christ, you’ll be at rest. Don’t give into short term thinking, stay focused on the end results.
Refuse to give up. Be patient and persistent. Character building is a slow process. If your in a trouble right now, don’t ask why me? Ask what God is wanting you to learn from It!
Just remember. There is purpose behind every problem. Pray and wait upon the Lord. He shall renew your strength.
